Open the mame directory (Usually something like "mameppk_bin_gcc-0.117-20070712") Go to the folder /roms/ Put tgm2.zip and tgm2p in that folder. Do not extract them there. Just put them in there on their own. Then open "mameppkgui" and click on "Available". You may have to press F5 to refresh the list. The Psikyo SH2 chip is a legal thing, cos technically you can't own roms if you don't have the original hardware, but it's a bit of a grey area. Ok.
